Job Overview

The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's projects and programs. This individual will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, creating procedures, and maintaining monthly reports on project progress and results.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement activities, projects, and programs within the organization.
  • Create and monitor schedules for activities and meetings to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  • Assist in the implementation of programs aligned with the organization's projects.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to post activities on various social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement by reviewing feedback, comments, and reviews on social media platforms.

Requirements
For this position, we are looking for a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Administrative, or any business courses. Experience in NGOs, social work, public relations, and events is an advantage but not required. The ideal candidate should possess very good clerical and administrative skills, be a people person, and have good time management skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
