Job Title

As a project management specialist, you will play a key role in delivering large and complex projects.

You will be responsible for tasks such as producing delivery output and schedules for projects, monitoring and reviewing project information, and identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate and up-to-date project data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in tasks such as producing delivery output and schedules for projects.
  • Contribution to professional assignments and monitoring to support the timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Accountability for collecting, analyzing, and reporting timely and accurate data.
  • Preparing documents such as project plans and schedules by collating and interpreting data.
  • Analyzing project data and trends to develop recommendations for senior colleagues.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years of leadership experience on large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with methodologies/frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and negotiate with external parties.
