The Team Lead – Purchase to Pay role is a strategic position within the organisation, responsible for driving in-scope processes and delivering exceptional results.
This key role oversees Supplier Master Data, Invoice Processing, Travel & Expenses Processing, Payments & Cash Application, and Reconciliation & Reporting, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
As a leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Service Delivery Manager, Continuous Improvement team, Global Process Owners, and Project Managers, to ensure effective process delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams in Purchase To Pay, GBS/Shared Services, FMCG companies, and multinational/multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Set an example with high personal integrity, leading and managing team performance.
- Partnership: Deliver in-scope services within the Service Partnership Framework, recognising good Purchase Order disciplines, and interacting with various stakeholders.
- Operational: Ensure compliance with policies, tax, legal, statutory, regulatory, and fiscal requirements to mitigate financial risks, actively seeking continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have a delivery-focused mindset, with strong collaboration and partnership skills, ability to work in a matrix organisation. Experience with complex finance systems landscapes and procurement qualification or equivalent degree in Finance are highly desirable.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of supervising teams in Purchase To Pay, GBS/Shared Services, FMCG companies, and multinational/multicultural environments.
- Strong collaboration and partnership mindset, ability to work in a matrix organisation.

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
- Procurement qualification or equivalent degree in Finance.
