Role Overview

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Learning and Development Professional to support our Learning & Development operations with advanced analytics and automation solutions.

You will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information to inform business planning. Your expertise will also involve recommending process improvements by managing documented standard operating procedures.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various learning innovations, collaborating with business leaders, Corporate L&D teams, and technology groups to enhance business processes and gather insights on learning utilization and effectiveness.

In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to drive strategic initiatives that positively impact the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather data-driven business requirements, including key L&D analytics, industry metrics, and benchmarks.
  • Evaluate and interpret customer needs and requirements.
  • Design, develop, and distribute L&D metrics reporting and visualization using business intelligence tools.
  • Manage learner groups or analysis and assignment of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EOHS) regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads, leveraging business intelligence reporting.
  • Ensure all business processes are well-documented, uniform, and securely stored.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of experience in business analysis, including working with internal business partners and technology teams.
  • Proven expertise in complex problem-solving and process improvement, analyzing and recommending effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in learning management platforms (e.g., EdCast, Oracle Learning Cloud).
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite of Tools (MS Teams and Apps, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking skills, solid relationship-building, accountability, and critical thinking abilities.
