A Manager of Financial Insights and Strategic Planning

About the Role

The FP&A Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting our client's business strategy through effective financial planning, analysis, and management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our team and drive process improvements, implement automation, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform business decisions and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to align financial planning with business strategy and improve processes.
  • Manage commissions processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis in collaboration with Sales.
  • Implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite, Power BI, and dashboards.
  • Prepare and present concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support month-end close activities to ensure alignment of actuals with budget and forecast.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Experienced in using ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
  • CPA or MBA certification is a plus.
