Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our procurement accounting process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the complete and accurate accounting for all payable process flows, including prepayments, GRIR, and AP balance sheet accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and experience working with global processes and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely closing and execution of financial periods per closing calendar, in accordance with SLA commitments, and fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
  • Foster and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
  • Execute global strategy & solutions in line with taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with cross-sector, cross-region, and cross-process teams to achieve alignment with well-documented and consistent global approaches.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in accounting or finance.
  • Strong Accounts Payable background with at least 1 year of exposure.
  • Night shift experience is a plus.
