As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving accelerated growth for high-impact companies through precision outreach, strategic campaigns, and AI-driven execution. Your responsibilities will include serving as the operational cornerstone for your portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, exceptional deliverable quality, and transparent performance visibility.

This role balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. You will create materials that directly impact client perception, manage asynchronous client communications, and participate in strategic meetings to provide campaign updates and performance context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proprietary automation tools
  • Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing
  • Design sophisticated reporting dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for client review
  • Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints
  • Manage automated and manual client communication workflows including meeting booking updates, campaign milestones, and performance highlights
  • Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations

  • Exceptional English writing and editing capabilities with strong understanding of tone, voice, and brand consistency
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B companies
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and recommending data-driven optimizations
