About This Role

This Client Success Coach position is a leadership opportunity that involves guiding a team of top-tier assistants in handling client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Relationships: Establish strong relationships with team members through regular 1:1 meetings and coaching sessions.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer guidance and support to assistants as they work on their tasks, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Facilitate Onboarding: Coordinate and oversee the client-assistant onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and maximum productivity.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with clients regarding assistant performance and quality concerns, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly monitor daily assistant performance and stats, working closely with other departments to drive results and improve areas of opportunity.
  • Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategies to hit goals and improve team performance, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Others: Collaborate with other departments to address assistant or client-related concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Document Progress: Maintain, document, and track KPIs and metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Measuring Success
  • Team Performance Metrics: Achievement of target KPIs for the team, including metrics such as retention rates and client satisfaction scores.
  • Assistant Retention: Minimized turnover and improved engagement of team members, leading to increased job satisfaction and reduced recruitment costs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and continued partnerships with key accounts, demonstrating the effectiveness of our services and commitment to excellence.
