Job Overview

Audit Professional

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audit Professional to join our Internal Audit Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, with experience in conducting regular audits and special investigations. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to management.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular and spot audits of units indicated in the Departments annual audit work plan, as well as conducting special investigations as assigned by the Section or Department Head.

You will ensure that all audit reviews and processes are in accordance with sound internal auditing standards, including the Institute of Internal Auditors International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and other supplemental standards issued by regulatory authorities and government agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and spot audits of units indicated in the Departments annual audit work plan.
  • Conduct special investigations as assigned by the Section or Department Head.
  • Ensure that all audit reviews and processes are in accordance with sound internal auditing standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant or any equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 3 years of working experience handling Retail Banking or Head Office audit in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
