IT Security Compliance Specialist

Serve as a key member of the IT team in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our information security management system.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform comprehensive audits of client systems to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.
  2. Develop and maintain audit plans, checklists, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in audit execution.
  3. Conduct training sessions for auditors and other stakeholders on audit techniques, best practices, and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and recommendations from audit findings.
  5. Maintain and update knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information security and compliance.
  6. Assist in the development and maintenance of company-wide policies and procedures related to information security and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT security, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
