Food Safety Specialist Position

SGS is a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification.

We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for conducting third-party audits and providing training on food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of food production facilities, assessing compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on food safety best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the food industry, including 2 years in quality assurance or food safety roles.
  • IRCA/JRCA Lead Auditor Course certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
