Production Manager Opportunity

The role of a Production Manager is pivotal in ensuring the efficient flow of operations within production. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving optimal productivity and quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize material usage.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Analyze equipment performance, recommend maintenance schedules, and ensure timely implementation to prevent downtime.
  3. Process Improvement: Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  4. Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage production schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet production demands.
  5. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish monitoring systems to track key performance indicators, reporting regularly to stakeholders.
  6. Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including QA, Inbound Logistics, EMD, and HR, to resolve issues and improve processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Engineering is preferred. Relevant industry experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years in food manufacturing or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in machine troubleshooting and familiarity with SAP are highly valued.
  3. GMP and HACCP certification courses are required.
  4. The selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Mandaue, Cebu.
