About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time Operation Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cebu Mandaue location. In this integral position, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our Advertising, Arts & Media agency.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and supervise the workflow of the Cebu Mandaue office to optimise productivity and efficiency
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address any operational issues or concerns
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve overall operations
  • Provide support and guidance to the local team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Analyse operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure deadlines are met

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or administrative role, preferably in an Advertising, Arts & Media agency
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and experience with project management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of the Advertising, Arts & Media industry and its best practices
