Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support a team of senior brokers in the real estate industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage various administrative tasks related to property listings, marketing efforts, and broker support on a daily basis.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials and post property listings on multiple platforms to increase visibility.
  • Assist with executing effective marketing activities, respond to customer inquiries, and relay information to brokers in a timely manner.
  • Track and document inquiry progression from initial contact to deal closure to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate proactively with brokers regarding listings and client inquiries to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in the real estate industry, is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

This role requires full-time onsite work and excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
