Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Qualify leads and determine whether they align with our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with our sales team to share insights and improve messaging, processes, and lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience (but not required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Experience with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, or Outreach.io) is a bonus.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
