Job Title: Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Manager to collaborate with our Finance department and drive process improvements, automations, system integrations, and system administration with a focus on enhancing financial operations.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes as well as the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies, particularly Sage Intacct and/or Workday, and a basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll/Payment team members to identify and implement improvements to business processes, with a focus on leveraging technology for increased efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SaaS technologies, including Sage Intacct and Workday, to support financial operations.
  • Develop documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes related to financial technology.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies, particularly Sage Intacct and/or Workday.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes.
  • Experience operating in a consultative role to understand and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders within finance.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
