What You'll Be Doing
Are you passionate about blending creative marketing strategies with high-volume recruitment processes? Do you have a knack for attracting top talent? In this role, you'll manage a team that acts like an internal recruitment advertising agency. You'll develop and execute talent attraction strategies, manage sourcing initiatives, work closely with vendor partners and internal teams like social media, talent acquisition delivery, and operations to fulfill hiring needs of a complex recruiting environment.
You'll report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Marketing. We're seeking a leader to encourage and motivate their team to resolve issues, achieve goals, and drive career growth.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Champion initiatives alongside the talent acquisition team to understand upcoming associate hiring needs and maintain awareness of applicant flow requirements
- Create comprehensive sourcing plans and drive sourcing efforts to optimize budget and maximize applicant flow to meet client demands
- Analyze data results to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs and maximize return on investment
- Manage relationships with vendors such as job boards, internet media, collateral providers, community partners, job fair organizations, university and workforce partnerships, diversity hiring partners, and staffing agencies
- Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and finance teams for accuracy and timeliness of departmental marketing budgets, reporting, and accounting practices
- Project manage collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and holding vendors accountable for timely delivery.
- Supervise, coach, train, and develop talent acquisition marketing staff while contributing personally to team results
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels
- Innovative talent attraction ideas
- Ability to manage a remote, results-driven team with flexibility to work onsite when needed
- Demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-driven critical thinking
- Experience managing budgets and utilizing advanced Excel skills
- Consultative and collaborative mindset
