Job Opportunity

Digital marketing specialist role available for a dynamic team member with expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive digital ads strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales
  • Create and manage effective ads campaigns across various platforms
  • Optimize expenses and achieve optimal ROI from paid ads campaigns
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and collaborate with the website and SEO team to optimize campaign setup
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising efforts
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives
  • Manage paid search engine campaigns on Google or other search and display marketing channels
  • Implement tests, collect and analyze data, and identify key insights
  • Achieve optimal ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Optimize ad copy and landing pages for improved conversion rates
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards and reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and have mature analytical skills to identify and address delivery issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, managing paid ads campaigns
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business and Marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Google Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
  • Expertise in campaign A/B testing and optimization
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office - Excel and Spreadsheet
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in generating SEM reports
  • Outstanding communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in planning and implementing successful SEM strategies
  • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Webtrends)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or related industries is beneficial
  • Background in entertainment or gaming is preferred
