Core Tasks and Deliverables
  • Empower Staff: Develop Huddle Sessions to equip colleagues with essential skills and knowledge.
  • Impact Results: Monitor Performance and provide timely feedback.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Lead by Example: Mediate conflicts, motivate and inspire team members, and demonstrate leadership skills to drive improvements and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience supporting online gaming and betting environments as a customer service professional.
  • Excellent Data Analysis skills.
  • Ability to think outside traditional roles to evaluate business implications.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Internal Requirements:
    • Must have Exceed Most or Clearly Exceeds PDP score.
    • Minimum 18 months of tenure.
    • No Active Non-Disclosure Agreement.
