We are seeking a highly motivated and leadership-oriented individual to assume a pivotal role within our organization. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will empower the team by creating and facilitating Huddle Sessions to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring associates and providing real-time feedback, establishing and maintaining communication with clients and/or team members, and taking the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess experience and first-hand knowledge supporting online gaming, online betting/casino environment as a customer service line of business. They will also possess excellent Data Mining skills, the ability to think outside of traditional roles to evaluate business implications, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
