
People Operations Manager

The People Operations Manager will provide high-level technical expertise and advice to management members. This role involves managing a team of people partners at the location. With expertise in the local market, this role will guide and serve as a subject matter expert on local laws, regulations, and key people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate is expected to deliver people analytics, interpret results, and influence key business decisions. This role will lead high-impact cross-functional projects to achieve optimal results for the business and its people.
Agility: Develops, recommends, and executes tools and processes to support goal achievement within their expertise. Applies diverse tools to achieve results or develop new services. Delivers training for internal customers or vendors as appropriate.
Business Acuity: Maintains expert knowledge of company principles, processes, tools, and best practices; stays updated on external requirements and market trends. Provides proactive advice and shares knowledge with peers and management.
Data Analytics: Sources data from internal or external experts, conducts in-depth research, and develops reports for stakeholders, including senior management.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensures compliance with company processes, legislation, and regulations. Reviews policies, conducts audits, and reports non-compliance issues.
Stakeholder Management: Builds relationships with management to influence and optimize outcomes. Maintains confidentiality and drives people initiatives aligned with department goals.
Strategic Workforce Management: Develops and communicates goals related to business initiatives, forecasts, and projects. Presents business or project plans to management and reviews business cases.
Your qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business, behavioral studies, or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years management experience leading diverse HR teams. HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, and People Advisors are encouraged to apply.
Your Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven results in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in an MNC with regional exposure is a plus.
- Good command of English and confident communication skills.
