Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. They will also assist in preparing and maintaining job descriptions and advertisements, as well as coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of job descriptions and advertisements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive workplace environment and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Support managers in handling employee issues, including performance concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans.
  • Maintain records of employee training and certifications.
  • Help identify and address skill gaps within the workforce.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle administrative tasks related to employment contracts, leave, and other documentation.
  • Update and implement company policies as necessary to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Support the performance review process by assisting managers in evaluating employee performance.
  • Help coordinate goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain performance-related documentation and follow up on performance issues as required.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management review and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
