Job Title: HR Operations

As a key member of our organizational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various HR-related functions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve policy and navigation inquiries, as well as complete employee transactions such as promotions, demotions, salary changes, performance management, learning, severance, tax inquiries, exit/termination, and leave of absence on Workday.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  • Work closely with onshore partners to receive training on all queries received from employees.
  • Establish a repository for out-of-scope queries and develop strategies for shifting these into Tier 1. Transfer relevant leads or onshore counterparts for all Tier 2 transactions as per defined process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least one year experience in an HR Helpdesk role delivering services preferably in an HR Shared Service Center environment
