Job Title: Director of Employee Wellbeing and Resilience

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic leader to develop, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide wellbeing and resilience initiatives. This role will lead a global team of wellbeing professionals to deliver impactful mental health and resiliency programs across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving the global wellbeing strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving business needs. They will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of wellbeing programs, crisis intervention protocols, and resiliency initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develops and drives the global wellbeing and resilience strategy aligned with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
  2. Liaises with internal/external stakeholders to ensure organizational wellbeing strategies are aligned with business objectives and cultural values.
  3. Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of wellbeing programs, crisis intervention protocols, and resiliency initiatives.
  4. Oversees and provides direction to regional and senior wellbeing managers, life coaches, and external clinical partners across all assigned locations.
  5. Establishes performance metrics and ensures accountability for wellbeing delivery teams globally.
  6. Collaborates closely with the Director of Research and Data Analytics for Resiliency to define KPIs, analyze wellbeing impact data, and inform strategic adjustments.
  7. Presents wellbeing strategies, outcomes, and proposals to internal and external audiences.
  8. BUILDS COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS DEPARTMENTS TO EMBED WELLBEING INTO CORE BUSINESS FUNCTIONS.
  9. Sets organisational standards for emergency and crisis response protocols; guides managers and coaches in navigating high-risk cases.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a 4-year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks.
  • Licensed Psychologist, Guidance Counselor.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in coaching or counseling.
  • Minimum 7 years experience of people management and supervision.
  • Experience in and general knowledge of mental health care.
  • Excellent training, teaching or facilitation skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with strong emphasis on listening skills.
  • Above Average fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • At least 3 years experience in BPO industry.
  • Should be flexible to report to multiple sites.
