We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to take ownership of our social media and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-directed, and AI-savvy, with the ability to lead efforts to grow our brand, expand our digital presence, and generate measurable results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading an AI-integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals. This will involve identifying gaps, setting priorities, and executing strategies to enhance visibility, drive brand development, and generate leads.

The Virtual Assistant will leverage AI tools to produce compelling and consistent content across various digital platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. They will also stay ahead of AI marketing trends and apply best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and content quality.

Key responsibilities include planning, creating, and managing content, designing and implementing strategies for audience growth, inbound marketing, and lead conversion, defining, tracking, and reporting on key marketing metrics, and refining campaigns to maximize ROI continuously.

Requirements
  • Proven experience owning and leading digital marketing strategies is required.
  • Strong command of AI tools for marketing and content creation is essential.
  • A creative yet analytical mindset, with a bias toward execution and measurable results, is necessary.
  • Experience in developing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance is required.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English are essential.
  • Experience working with entrepreneurs, founders, or startups is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing best practices is required.
  • Graphic design skills, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, are essential.
