As a highly skilled Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) in content strategy. In this role, you will execute advanced content transformation and continuous improvements on large knowledge bases.

Job Description
  • Transform and optimize content for large-scale AI applications.
  • Develop innovative solutions to segment and refactor content for improved efficiency and context delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will act as part editor and part content strategist with strong reading comprehension skills. You will also innovate and optimize content processes independently.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic decisions regarding content segmentation and refactoring.
  • Lead the development of high-quality, AI-optimized content for large knowledge bases.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and trends.

Our ideal candidate possesses foundational knowledge of AI uses and applications, including Gen AI. You must have a natural desire to bring order and classification to content chaos, with expertise in information architecture a plus.

Requirements
  • Expert English reading comprehension and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or content marketing principles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
