Digital Storyteller & Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled digital storyteller and social media growth strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves creating engaging content, understands how to generate compelling social content at scale, using the latest tools in AI, automation, and trend-driven strategy to increase reach, engagement, and brand growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage content calendars across multiple channels
  • Research trending topics, hooks, and formats that align with business goals and target audiences
  • Write hooks, scripts, and captions that are designed to drive conversions and engagement

The role involves producing high-performing social media content for various brands and platforms, including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok. As a digital storyteller, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and repurpose content across formats (reels, carousels, shorts, thumbnails)
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and content formats
  • Analyze performance and iterate content for growth and optimization
  • Schedule and publish posts
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and supporting audience growth

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video content, carousels, reels, and vertical storytelling. Experience with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, Runway ML, Kling AI, VidIQ, and other relevant tools, is also essential.

  • DevelopJax: Short-form video content highlighting real estate, development, and city growth
  • The Development Network: Macro and micro stories from the world of real estate investing and development
  • Client (Real Estate Investor Content): High-trust, informational, and testimonial-style content to attract new investors and generate leads
