Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing strategist to lead the development and implementation of our social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns
  • Create and optimize social media ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency, specifically in Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and/or working in a paid social role
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel and its usage
  • Able to develop and implement paid strategies for clients across various industries resulting in a positive return on investment (ROI)
