This is a unique chance to take on the role of a Digital Marketing Strategist, where you will lead and execute our marketing initiatives from end to end. The ideal candidate will be able to strategise, innovate, and execute with autonomy and excellence.

Job Description
  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set key performance indicators, track results, and iterate rapidly to maximise return on investment.

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Creating and managing high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels.
  • Optimising conversion rates across the entire funnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Demonstrable experience managing successful campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms (GA4, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A portfolio or case studies showing tangible results you've delivered.
