Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Professional with expertise in designing and implementing AI- and LLM-powered workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage automation tools like Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related technologies to streamline marketing operations, content production, and competitive analysis.

This role is designed for a skilled builder who thrives on connecting systems, reducing manual work, and creating repeatable processes that scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools.
  • Develop and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content.
  • Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing operations, or technical product roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows.
  • Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
