Job Description:

As a highly skilled Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity across various teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop creative solutions to automate repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Develop custom automations using Python or Node.js when off-the-shelf tools are insufficient.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize automated processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Document workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out processes and design innovative automation solutions.
  • Automate data scraping and enrichment for recruiting and marketing purposes using tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, and Clearbit.
  • Build data pipelines and dashboards to facilitate seamless data flow across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in automation, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in building Make.com (Integromat) integrations - this is a must-have.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, etc.).
  • Ability to write custom automations with Python or Node.js.
  • Systems thinking skills: ability to understand process flows and improve them.
  • Experience with data scraping/enrichment tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, or Clearbit.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills: ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
  • Bonus points: background in BPO, SaaS, recruiting, or sales/marketing technology.
