Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled operations professional to serve as the backbone of our automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, design workflows, and implement automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
