
Customer Activation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Provisioning Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely activation of products and services for our customers.
Your primary focus will be on checking pending product activations, providing updates to customers, and escalating issues as needed. You'll also work closely with our operations team to resolve queries and ensure that all tickets are responded to within our Service Level Agreement.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you're a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Check all pending product activations during start and end of shift
- Provide customer updates through phone and email
- Escalate issues as needed
- Work closely with operations team to resolve queries
- Ensure all tickets are responded to within SLA
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in IT-related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO/IT experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
