Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative

About this Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our clients.
  • The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle client inquiries, and manage policy-related tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Frontline Support
    • Respond to client calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide clear and concise information about policies, coverage, and billing.
    • Assist clients with policy-related queries, including certificate requests, endorsements, and renewals.
    • Policy Servicing & Endorsements
      • Process policy changes, including updates to addresses, names, business entities, or ownership structures.
      • Submit, track, and follow up on endorsements and miscellaneous changes.
      • Billing, Payments & Compliance
        • Accept and process direct bill payments with discretion and data security.
        • Maintain accurate logs of financial transactions.
        • Generate and send invoices via email and DocuSign.
        • Renewal Tracking & Support
          • Track and monitor upcoming renewals.
          • Record and update renewal details into the CRM system.
          • Communicate renewal statuses to clients.
          • Data Management & Documentation
            • Collect and consolidate data from multiple insurance policies.
            • Upload endorsements and supporting documents into Veruna and Google Drive.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of insurance operations, particularly in commercial lines.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology, policy documents, and servicing workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or exposure to construction or contractor insurance is a plus.
