Account Manager Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Processing
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) as requested.
  • Assist with setting up new clients and maintaining accurate policy records.
  • Gather applications and necessary documentation from insurance carriers.
  • Send reminder and follow-up emails regarding in-progress work.
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the Account Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Commercial Lines Insurance Experience is required. Familiarity with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Navigating Multiple Portals to rate and process policies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills for professional email correspondence.
  • Ability to Work Independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
