Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience, identifying and resolving client concerns through email and phone calls, managing projects from production until launch/go-live of the client's website, and ensuring quality assurance of end-products before delivery.
This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service experience.
- Identifying and resolving client's concerns through email and phone calls.
- Managing projects from production until launch/go-live of the client's website.
- Providing quality assurance of the end-products before they get delivered to a customer and once integrated to clients' websites.
- Creating ideas that will improve the overall aesthetics of the tools/services.
- Staying updated on new company product updates and improvements.
