Customer Experience and Operations Head

We're seeking a skilled Senior Team Manager, Customer Success to join our team in Manila or Managua. This leadership role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can lead high-performing teams, develop effective strategies, and drive business growth.
About the Role:This leadership position demands a strong leader who can build and manage talented teams, develop effective strategies, and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on building a culture of empowerment, where team members feel valued, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional results.
You will lead performance management, career development, learning and development, and engagement initiatives to ensure team members are engaged, aligned with company standards, and retained, recognized, and rewarded. You will also provide inspired leadership, promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
In addition, you will facilitate communication and goal-setting with stakeholders, including Customer Success leadership, Site leadership, HR, Program Managers, and others. You will assist with recruiting when necessary and work with Senior Managers to determine objectives for short and long-term goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
- Coordinating training and development programs for team members
- Developing and implementing process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing budgets and resources effectively

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Team Manager or Operations Manager
- Mastery of product, process, business economics, and service standards
- Excellent critical thinking, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated self-awareness and decision quality
- Customer-focused and able to anticipate customer needs
- Oriented towards optimizing work processes and directing work effectively
- Ability to build and develop talent, engage employees, and communicate assertively
