Estate Engineer: A Key Role in Property Development

This position oversees the technical aspects of property development, ensuring optimal maintenance and client satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities include inspecting housing units before HDMF assessment, punchlisting and validating units, monitoring punchlist repair and closed-out units, and overseeing wiring and device installation.
  • The Estate Engineer also reviews and approves unit owner plans, addresses buyer concerns, issues notice of violation for building construction/extension/home improvement, prepares budget costs for unattended units, and hands over projects to LGU upon completion.
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering license and degree required
  • At least 1 year of experience in Construction or Real Estate and Land Development
