Job Title: Senior System Administrator

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and management of our internal IT environment and infrastructure.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our staff, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of technical excellence, ensuring that all systems and applications are up-to-date and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and work on high-impact tickets based on their severity and urgency
  • Ensure timely escalation of tickets to the appropriate support level when necessary
  • Actively manage and monitor all assigned open tickets to maintain progress and prevent delays
  • Oversee the patching, updating, and general maintenance of internal IT applications
  • Accurately plan and execute changes, ensuring minimal disruption to staff operations
  • Contribute to project efforts, including the design, review, and implementation of new or upgraded hardware/software infrastructure
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels (written, verbal), ensuring accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for the audience
Requirements:
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) and Licensing Management
  • Hands-on experience with InTune and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Strong background in Windows Server management (installation, configuration, and updates)
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Support (troubleshooting and providing support to end users remotely)
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools
