Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a strategic partner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with potential candidates through various platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with the talent acquisition team to implement creative strategies for attracting top talent. This role requires strong administrative and logistics management skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire life cycle of a recruit.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment plans
  • Source and attract top talent through social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software
