Job Summary:

The FP&A Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial health of the organization by providing accurate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. This role helps senior leadership make informed strategic decisions by offering actionable insights based on financial data and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted results; explain key deviations and provide recommendations.

  • Develop financial models to support business initiatives, pricing strategies, and scenario planning.

  • Collaborate with department heads to gather financial inputs and understand business drivers.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Generate and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations.

  • Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

  • Assist in the preparation of board decks, business reviews, and ad hoc financial reports.

  • Monitor trends in revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics to provide forward-looking insights.

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems like SAP.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
