Job Title: Amazon Case Manager

As a seasoned Case Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting backend issues in Seller Central. You will own case submissions, act as an expert for resolution, and maintain organized case history.

  • Own case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Act as the go-to expert for swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving complex cases and reinstating ASINs.
  • Navigating internal processes and supplement regulations.
  • Detail-oriented written communication and follow-through skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing backend issues.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and restricted products policy.
