Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to specialize in backend troubleshooting, case management, and escalation. As an expert in Seller Central, you will be responsible for owning backend issues, submitting cases, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the supplements space and a strong background in Seller Central. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Submit and manage cases related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues, ideally within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
