Design and scale SaaS backend infrastructures on AWS cloud platforms. Drive architectural and technical choices that balance speed, stability, and maintainability. Guide, support, and develop engineering team members to encourage growth and teamwork. Engage in operational responsibilities, including participation in on-call rotations via PagerDuty. Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks to uphold high-quality code standards. Build and refine CI/CD workflows to enable smooth and dependable software releases. Work closely with product management and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions. The Successful Applicant Senior-level experience with strong hands-on Node.js development skills. Proven expertise working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure. Experience building or supporting SaaS products. Demonstrated knowledge of testing automation frameworks. Practical experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines. Current or past people management experience with proven leadership and coaching skills. Operational experience with PagerDuty or similar incident management systems. Ability to make sound technical trade-offs focused on product and business outcomes.
