Job Description

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to employees, utilizing a variety of methods including classroom instruction, e-learning and on-the-job training. Key areas of focus include the implementation and management of the training department, training colleagues in backend business operations, and reviewing training needs and performance on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to employees in backend business operations
  • Implement effective training curriculum, content and automation
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development
  • Be able to work on accounts for hands-on experience and experiential learning

Required Qualifications

\
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management services, with understanding of upstream and downstream processes
  • Expertise in denial management and appeal writing for administrative and clinical denials
  • In-depth knowledge of acute and ambulatory specialties, including diagnosis, procedure and denials
  • Comprehensive knowledge of claim forms, coding systems and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to analyze claims end-to-end and identify root causes
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple geos and prioritize tasks effectively
