Product Visionary Wanted

We're seeking a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development of our innovative WordPress software solutions. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our products and driving business growth.

Our products help customers backup, restore, clone, secure, and optimize their websites. We're looking for someone who can identify customer problems, ideate solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

You'll report directly to the Head of Product Management and have the autonomy to manage your own product roadmap. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and market trends that inform product decisions.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide development.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products.
  • Coordinate product launch activities, including marketing strategies and training for sales teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in WordPress and eCommerce is essential.
  • WooCommerce experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to learn new product ecosystems quickly.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire agility in the team.
