Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing financial reports, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and be experienced with NetSuite.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights into company performance.
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting to support business growth.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations efficiently.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to the CFO.
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits to maintain financial integrity.
  • Provide insights to assist the CFO in making strategic decisions that drive business success.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
