Revenue Growth Strategist
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Strategist to spearhead our sales, marketing, and customer success engine. This is a high-impact role where you will shape data-driven strategies that drive growth across the business.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building integrations and workflows for seamless, end-to-end tracking across Sales and Marketing. You will also identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Funnel Tracking: Develop scalable solutions for real-time funnel tracking and analysis.
- AI-driven Tools: Implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
- Dashboards: Design and maintain intuitive dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Establish a robust reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
- Process Automation: Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Data Insights: Transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
- Sales Reports: Produce and distribute regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
- Sales and Marketing Automations: Test sales and marketing automations within Pipedrive prior to deployment.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment (startup or high-growth preferred).
- Leadership: Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
- CRM Migration: Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
- HubSpot and Clay: HubSpot and/or Clay experience is a plus.
- Excel and BI Tools: Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Data Analysis: Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- Automation and Process Improvement: Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
- Problem-solving and Communication: Proactive problem-solver and natural go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong communicator and collaborator with a hands-on, adaptable, and scale-up mindset.
