Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions and long-term success of our clients and new hires.

You will design and execute a world-class onboarding experience that reflects our culture, accelerates productivity, and fosters client and employee engagement from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a comprehensive onboarding roadmap aligned with our growth and talent strategy
  • Develop a structured onboarding framework that covers all touchpoints from client signing a contract through recruitment and then pre-boarding, Day 1, Week 1, and 30/60/90-day milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of onboarding logistics
  • Collect feedback from new clients, hires, and stakeholders to iterate and improve the program
  • Present onboarding outcomes and recommendations to leadership
  • Continuously refine the onboarding experience based on feedback and business needs
  • Partner with Learning & Development to integrate training and career pathways into onboarding
  • Track onboarding KPIs such as time-to-productivity, retention, and engagement
  • Champion a culture of belonging and inclusion from the first interaction

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, HR, or employee experience roles, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Empathy, creativity, and a passion for people and culture
  • Experience with onboarding tools and HRIS platforms is a plus
