
HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent HR professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support both administrative tasks and people operations.
Responsibilities:- Clinical Administration and People Operations (approximately 50% of role)
Serve as the first point of contact for staff when they have questions about schedules, time off, or pay. Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs. Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules. Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly). Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering of office and medical supplies for each location. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to leadership for assistance.
- Business and Sales Support (approximately 30% of role)
Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports. Conduct patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms.
- General Admin Support (approximately 20% of role)
Assist with job postings and interview scheduling. Respond to routine internal or patient-facing questions. Help document and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Be accessible via phone, email, and text during business hours.
Qualifications:- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Must have experience supporting US-based companies in healthcare or operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team dynamics professionally
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software
